The Mystery Bundle Agreement
By purchasing from Riptag, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
No Returns Unless Authorized: All sales are final. We may, at our absolute discretion, consider returns, but we are not obligated to accept any returns for any reason. Returns will only be authorized for defective, damaged, or inaccurately described items.
No Returns for Style, Fit, or Preference: Returns based on style, fit, color choices, or personal taste will not be accepted. By purchasing, you accept that the items in our mystery bundles are curated based on available inventory, and some items may show wear or slight imperfections.
Chargebacks Will Not Be Accepted: If you file a chargeback related to the condition, weight, or any other aspect of your purchase, it will not be accepted. Variations in weight and condition are a normal part of our curated bundles and will not be grounds for a chargeback.
Sizing
We do our best to curate bundles that fit your size preferences, but we do not provide detailed sizing charts. Since vintage sizing varies, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit. All sales are final. Returns for sizing issues will not be accepted, but we’ll do our best to meet your expectations with the available inventory.
Condition
Vintage items may show signs of wear, such as fading, fraying, or light distressing, which is part of what makes them unique. We do not reject any items based on condition—all items are included in our curated bundles. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that some garments may have visible imperfections. No returns are accepted for any reason.
Authenticity
We source our items from trusted vintage suppliers, but we do not guarantee the authenticity of branded items.
How to Request a Return
Contact Support Team
Email our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Select Return Request
Choose the specific item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason. Our team will review your request at our convenience.
State Your Case
Provide clear photos showing the issue or defect. Photos must clearly show the problem area and any relevant tags or labels. This documentation is required for all return requests.
Evaluation and Authorization

Authorized Returns Only: Returns are only accepted after receiving written authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at customer expense.

Faulty Items: If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, we will review the issue and determine if a resolution is possible. However, no returns or refunds are guaranteed.

Non-Faulty Goods: For returns not related to defects or damage, we do not accept returns. All sales are final, and customers are responsible for reviewing the condition and details of items before purchase.
